3. Service Engagement

Any project engagement between 918 Studio and a client will be governed by:

  • A separate signed agreement
  • A Master Services Agreement (MSA)
  • A Statement of Work (SOW)

Website content does not constitute a binding service agreement.

4. Payments

All service pricing, deposits, and payment schedules will be defined in a signed agreement. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension.

5. No Guarantees

We strive to deliver high-quality services; however:

  • We do not guarantee funding, revenue, SEO rankings, or business success.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website functionality.

All services are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

918 Studio LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Lost profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for services in the preceding 90 days.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation first
  • If unresolved, mediation or binding arbitration in Kansas

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
