All service pricing, deposits, and payment schedules will be defined in a signed agreement. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension.

- We do not guarantee funding, revenue, SEO rankings, or business success.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted website functionality.
All services are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for services in the preceding 90 days.
